Harmony in Celebration: Adjusting Juma Namaz for Holi

In Ayodhya, Friday prayers have been adjusted to accommodate Holi celebrations, fostering unity within the community. With security measures in place, both religious and civic leaders are advocating for a harmonious coexistence as prayers and festivities overlap.

In Ayodhya, religious leaders have announced that Friday prayers in all mosques will take place after 2 pm to accommodate the Holi celebrations. This adjustment reflects an effort to maintain communal harmony and respect traditions during overlapping festivities.

Ayodhya's Chief Cleric, Mohammad Haneef, emphasized the importance of patience and generosity during the celebrations. In addition, District Magistrate Chandra Vijay Singh highlighted that security arrangements have been bolstered to ensure peaceful celebrations, with special attention to Holika Dahan sites.

This proactive approach comes amid similar actions in other districts, including Lucknow and Sambhal, as clerics and officials collaboratively promote a spirit of unity and respect during this festive overlap.
