Golden Gift: Temple Receives 2.4 Crore Donation

A Chennai-based company, Sudarshan Enterprises, donated a golden conch and disc weighing 2.5 kg and valued at Rs 2.4 crore to the Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple. The donation was handed over to the TTD at Ranganayakula Mandapam in Tirumala temple.

A Chennai-based enterprise has made a significant donation to a revered Hindu temple, Sri Venkateswara Swamy, located in Tirupati. On Tuesday, Sudarshan Enterprises contributed a golden conch and disc, collectively weighing 2.5 kilograms and valued at approximately Rs 2.4 crore.

The high-value items were ceremoniously handed over to the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) officials at Ranganayakula Mandapam, inside the Tirumala temple complex. This generous donation underscores the company's devotion and religious commitment.

TTD, the custodian of the Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple, expressed gratitude towards Sudarshan Enterprises for their impressive contribution. Such donations help in the temple’s upkeep and its various cultural and social activities.
