The Delhi Cabinet, led by Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, approved a new talent hunt initiative, 'Hauslon Ki Udaan,' aimed at discovering and supporting young talent in the fields of singing, dancing, and pottery, among others.
The scheme, set to commence in September, marks a pioneering effort by the state to provide a platform for the city's youth to showcase their creative skills. Gupta stressed the importance of connecting talented young individuals with employment opportunities, underlining that this effort is reflective of 'Sabki Dilli.'
In a focus on inclusivity, Delhi Tourism Minister Kapil Mishra announced that the program will specifically target youth from unauthorized colonies and slum clusters, organizing competitions at the assembly, zonal, and state levels. Winners will receive the CM cup and prize money, with guidance from acclaimed artists.
