In a recent conversation with Variety, as reported by PEOPLE, the actor shared insights into his enduring career, his collaboration with younger actors, and his recent work on the popular series 'Shrinking.'

When probed about the possibility of retirement, Ford, whose filmography exceeds 60 movies, firmly responded, "No." He elaborated on the advantages of aging in the acting profession, noting that there is a demand for older actors to portray older characters. "That's one of the perks of acting; they need old people too," he remarked.
