Arunachal Pradesh's Chief Minister Pema Khandu concluded a productive Japan tour, focusing on enhancing tourism, cultural exchange, and strategic partnerships. In meetings with key figures and organizations, he laid the groundwork for strengthened ties, emphasizing future collaboration aligned with India's vision from Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister, Pema Khandu, wrapped up his visit to Japan on Friday, describing the trip as 'immensely productive.' The tour included high-level engagements aimed at fostering tourism, cultural exchange, academic partnerships, and strategic collaborations between Japan and India's North East.

On the final day, Khandu met with Dr. Atsushi Sunami, President of the Sasakawa Peace Foundation (SPF), to consolidate learnings and discuss future cooperative efforts. He thanked SPF for facilitating interactions with diverse stakeholders, including policymakers, academics, journalists, and business leaders.

Khandu also held discussions with Japanese scholars and media figures, promoting Arunachal Pradesh's culture, tourism, and development potential. The meetings explored boosting tourism and people-to-people exchanges, aiming to strengthen ties with Japan in line with India's strategic vision.
