The Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, through the National Backward Classes Finance and Development Corporation (NBCFDC), is hosting the Bharat TULIP Seller Buyer Meet on November 20, 2025, in New Delhi. The event seeks to connect artisans with buyers across various sectors, fostering economic empowerment and enhancing craft traditions.

Launched in November 2024, Bharat TULIP aims to uplift marginalized artisans by integrating them into the global digital economy, a move that is in sync with India's 'Vocal for Local' initiative. The program offers support through various sales channels and promotes economic sustainability for artisans.

The event will include curated product showcases, live demonstrations, and B2B interactions, highlighting products from textiles to folk arts. NBCFDC, a government corporation, works under the Ministry to offer financial assistance and skill development opportunities to backward classes, enhancing their market participation.
