Starting Saturday, Delhiites will have the opportunity to take in the city from above with hot-air balloon rides at Banseera Park, near Sarai Kale Khan, according to officials from the Delhi Development Authority (DDA).

This new attraction was earlier inaugurated by Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena and will commence public operations at 3:30 PM as confirmed by DDA on Friday.

The rides, costing Rs 3,000 per participant, will lift passengers 120 feet into the sky. The service, operated by a private firm on a revenue-sharing basis, includes four daily hours of flight time, during which advertisements may be displayed on the balloons.
