In Maharashtra's Nanded district, a poignant and controversial act of love unfolded as a 21-year-old woman, Aanchal Mamidwar, 'married' the corpse of her boyfriend, Saksham Tate. The young man was allegedly killed by Aanchal's father and siblings.
According to police sources, the tragic incident erupted from a confrontation between Saksham and Aanchal's brother, Himesh Mamidwar. The altercation resulted in Himesh allegedly shooting Saksham, followed by a fatal attack with a tile. Himesh, along with his brother and father, were promptly arrested.
