Union Minister Jyotiraditya M. Scindia participated in the vibrant Angami Naga stone-pulling ceremony during the 26th Hornbill Festival in Nagaland's Tuophema village, home of Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio.
Clad in traditional attire alongside his son, Scindia joined local leaders and thousands in this cultural event where a 30-tonne stone was pulled over 2 km.
Following the ceremony, Scindia inaugurated and launched projects worth Rs 645 crore focused on enhancing state connectivity, infrastructure, and public services, underscoring the region's growth under the Act East Policy.
