Bond, 91, struggled with mobility, leading to his hospital visit, reports confirmed by Upendra Arora, a prominent publisher, reveal. Despite the hospitalization, Arora assured the public that there is no cause for serious concern, as Bond is receiving physiotherapy under close medical supervision and is expected to return home within days.
With over 500 published works, Bond's influence spans generations. He continues to be a cherished figure in literature, particularly known for his children's books. His prestigious accolades include the Sahitya Akademi Award in 1992 for 'Our Trees Still Grow in Dehra.'
