Muskan Negi, a trailblazer in the field of music, broke barriers by becoming the first blind woman to earn a PhD in vocal music from Himachal Pradesh University. Her achievement was realized without the aid of Braille script, marking a significant milestone in higher education.
Currently an assistant teacher at Rajkiya Kanya Maha Vidyalaya, Negi also serves as the brand ambassador for Umang Foundation, an NGO focused on empowering differently-abled persons. Lauded for her determination by Prof Mrituyanjiya Sharma, she overcame numerous challenges with the support of technology and family encouragement.
