Brad Karp, chairman of Paul Weiss law firm, has expressed regret over his interactions with the notorious financier Jeffrey Epstein. Revelations about their communications have come to light after the U.S. Department of Justice released a trove of documents known as the Epstein files.

The emails revealed that Karp engaged extensively with Epstein, attended dinners, and sought Epstein's assistance to help his son secure employment in a Woody Allen film production. Additionally, discussions between the two also covered accusations of sexual misconduct involving prominent individuals.

Karp reportedly met Epstein while representing Leon Black, co-founder of Apollo Global Management, whom Epstein also advised. Although Karp regrets these interactions, he maintains that he never witnessed or participated in any wrongdoing.
