In the latest development from Netflix, 'Reservation Dogs' star D'Pharaoh Woon-A-Tai has been cast for a significant role in the upcoming series 'Breakers', shot in Australia. The series will also feature Antony Starr, known for 'The Boys' and 'Banshee', alongside Oliver Edis and Annabel Wolfe.

Antony Starr steps into dual roles as the executive producer and star, portraying a character named Brando. Woon-A-Tai takes on the role of Elliott, a shy, working-class teenager from Rhode Island, exploring an Australian commune during a surf trip in the narrative set before he embarks on adult life.

Joining the ensemble are Asher Yasbincek, David Howell, Tyroe Muhafidin, and several other talents. Directed by Mary Nighy and Ng Choon Ping, with Nick Pitt producing, 'Breakers' is presently in production in Western Australia, promising a storyline centered on a community of surfers guided by a mysterious leader.
