In a vibrant display of cultural pride, the state of Odisha celebrated 'Ama Poshak Ama Parichaya' (Our Attire, Our Identity) Day on Thursday, with citizens embracing traditional handloom attire.
This event is part of the 'Odia Pakhya', a fortnight-long celebration running from April 1 to 14 under the auspices of the Odia Language, Literature and Culture Department.
Participants across the state adorned themselves in garments symbolizing Odisha's rich handloom heritage, highlighting its status as a treasure of cultural diversity.
