A legal dispute has been settled between Catrine Jarman and Karen Spencer at London's High Court. The case revolved around the alleged breach of privacy concerning Jarman's multiple sclerosis diagnosis.
Jarman, an archaeologist, accused Spencer of disclosing her health condition without consent in 2024, shortly after Spencer's marriage to Charles Spencer, brother of the late Princess Diana, ended.
Spencer, while accepting the settlement, maintained no liability for the breach, leaving some questions unanswered despite the legal resolution.
