"RCB match girl" has shot to fame within her few moments on the big screen.

Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) were left sweating on their Indian Premier League playoff hopes after a four-wicket loss to the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) on Saturday. Apart from the strong performances of Shimron Hetmyer, the match made headlines for another reason and took social media by storm. During the match, there was an RCB supporter girl, Deepika Ghose, in the audience who shot to fame and stole all hearts within a few seconds when the camera focused on her.

Going by some unconfirmed claims in social media posts, she had a mere 5,000 followers on Instagram before her moment as 'RCB match girl', but her followers shot up to 2,70,000 within a span of just 2 days! Her Instagram username in @deeghose, don't get carried away with fake accounts as there are a large number of them trying to cash in on her overnight popularity.

She also bagged an interview with RJ Prerna Nahata on Radio Mirchi 98.3 that went on air yesterday.
