UP: 10 trucks loaded with illegally mined sand seized

Nine people were arrested and 10 trucks loaded with illegally mined sand were seized in Uttar Pradesh's Shamli district, police said on Sunday

The seizure was made on Saturday on the Panipat-Kairana Bypass road. The sand had been illegally mined from the Yamuna river, they said.
