Two killed in road accident

Two people were killed and one was injured on Saturday when their scooter collided with a truck near mini secretariat here, police said.

Ram Singh and his five-year-old grandson Manat, who were on the scooter, were crushed under the wheels of the truck, police said.

Raj Kumar, who was riding the scooter, was injured. He was taken to a hospital, they said.

The truck driver escaped the spot, they said.
