US closes probe into over 1 million Chrysler vehicles over underhood fire risk

​The ‌National Highway ​Traffic ‌Safety Administration on Tuesday said ‌it had ‌closed its preliminary evaluation ⁠into ​1,076,999 ⁠Chrysler vehicles ⁠over reports of ​underhood fires while ⁠the ⁠vehicle ​was in the ignition-off ⁠state.
