Swedish Energy Minister: still possible for deal on power market reform this month

Swedish Energy Minister Ebba Busch said on Monday that she thought it was still possible for European Union (EU) countries to reach a deal on reform of the power market this month, which is when Sweden's presidency of the EU ends.
