Putin: Russia's Rosneft to expand presence on Indian market

Russian oil company Rosneft plans to expand its presence on the Indian market and build an oil refinery there, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday.

Putin said Rosneft has already invested $23 billion in purchasing a network of gas stations and a port in India.
