Russia's Novak: no need to tweak fuel subsidies - Ifax
Russia's fuel market is economically balanced and there is no need to tweak damper payments, the Interfax news agency cited Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak as saying on Thursday.
Damper payments in Russia are a form of subsidy for oil refineries.
