Jal Shakti announces Mass Communication Internship Programme

The Ministry of Jal Shakti's Department of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation (DoWR, RD, GR) has unveiled a new opportunity for students in the field of Mass Communication across India. The Mass Communication Internship Programme invites applications from students pursuing Graduate/Post Graduate Degrees or Research Scholars enrolled in recognized universities or institutions.

This internship initiative aims to provide short-term exposure to selected candidates by involving them in the Department's media and social media activities. Eligible candidates include those who have completed their graduation in mass communication, journalism, or related fields, as well as students pursuing their PG or Diploma (provided they have completed their graduation in a relevant field).

The internship duration is set between six to nine months, offering participants an honorarium of Rs.15,000/- per month upon successful completion. Additionally, interns will receive a certificate recognizing their participation and contributions to the programme.
