Astrotalk Secures Rs 55 Crore Funding from Elev8 Venture Partners

Astrotalk, an online astrology and mental wellness platform, has raised Rs 55 crore from Elev8 Venture Partners, totaling Rs 110 crore in funding. The funds will be used to expand regional offerings, global presence, and team. Elev8, a USD 200 million growth-stage fund, focuses on scaling high-growth Indian startups.

Astrotalk, an online astrology and mental wellness platform, has successfully secured Rs 55 crore (USD 7 million) in capital from Bangalore-based growth-stage fund, Elev8 Venture Partners. This funding is part of a larger Rs 110 crore round, announced on Monday.

This marks the second investment by Elev8 Venture Partners from its debut fund into Astrotalk. The USD 200 million fund, anchored by South Korea's KB Investment, focuses on high-growth Indian startups with global scaling potential, covering sectors such as B2B SaaS, Enterprise Tech, Consumer Tech, FinTech, and Healthcare Tech.

With the new funds, Astrotalk aims to enhance its offerings in regional languages and formats, broaden its global market reach, and expand its team. Founded in 2017, the company has over five million active users and one million monthly transacting users. The company plans further expansion by launching new apps, geographies, and categories, positioning itself as India's largest Spiritual-tech company, according to Puneet Gupta, Founder of Astrotalk.
