WRTL Secures Major Solar Project from ISMT Ltd.
Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd (WRTL) has acquired a 30 MW solar project from ISMT Limited, a Kirloskar group company. Located in Jalna district, Maharashtra, the project involves comprehensive EPC services including design, procurement, and installation of bifacial solar modules. WRTL will also handle operations and maintenance.

Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd (WRTL) announced it has secured a significant 30 MW ground-mounted solar project from ISMT Limited, a company under the Kirloskar group.
The project, set to be located in the village of Helas in Jalna district, Maharashtra, underscores WRTL's role to deliver comprehensive turnkey engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services. This includes the design engineering, procurement, supply, installation, and commissioning of the solar plant.
As part of the contract, WRTL will supply bifacial solar modules, acquire land, oversee construction, and manage the full commissioning of the plant. The company will also be responsible for operation and maintenance to ensure optimal performance, including the installation of evacuation infrastructure at both plant and substation levels, establishing the necessary transmission line, and securing all statutory approvals.
