IED Blast in Bijapur: Two DRG Personnel Injured

Two personnel from the District Reserve Guards (DRG) sustained injuries on Thursday after an improvised explosive device (IED) detonated in Bijapur district, Chhattisgarh, police confirmed.
Bijapur Superintendent of Police (SP) Jitendra Kumar Yadav reported the incident, stating, 'Two DRG soldiers were injured in a pressure IED explosion planted by Naxalites in the forests near Mudvendi village, within the jurisdiction of the Gangaluur police station area.'
The SP assured that the injured jawans are out of danger. (ANI)
