Kangra Airport Shines in Customer Satisfaction, Ranks Second Nationwide
Kangra Airport clinched the second spot in a customer satisfaction survey conducted by the Airports Authority of India from January to June 2024. The ranking reflects a significant improvement from the previous year. Kangra Airport Director promises continued excellence in service.

Kangra Airport has been awarded for standing out second in the Customer Satisfaction Survey from January to June 2024 among 61 airports in the country, according to the Airports Authority of India. Kangra Airport stands second after Rajamundry Airport in Andhra Pradesh.
The Airports Authority of India released the rankings of airports on the basis of customer service satisfaction on Wednesday evening. Other top-ranked airports after Kangra Airport are Leh (third), and Madurai (fourth). This ranking depicts an improvement in the customer service experience. Previously, the Kangra airport ranked 11th from January to June 2023.
Kangra Airport Director Dhirendra Singh assured that the airport would continue to serve its passengers best in the future as well. The customer satisfaction survey is conducted twice a year, from January to June and from June to December.
As part of the survey, feedback from passengers traveling through the airport is taken. The survey includes various questions about parking facilities, availability of baggage trolleys, parking facilities, the behavior of staff, cleanliness, eating facilities, flight information display screens, walking distance in the terminal, ambiance of the airport, etc, the release said.
