All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) Chief Asaduddin Owaisi on Tuesday congratulated pistol shooters Manu Bhaker and Sarabjot Singh for clinching the bronze medal in the 10m Air Pistol Mixed Team event at the Paris Olympics. "This is a moment of pride for the nation," he proclaimed, lauding the athletes' dedication and hard work.

Notably, this achievement marks Bhaker's second consecutive Olympic medal, having previously won bronze in the women's individual 10m Air Pistol event. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also expressed his admiration, stating, "Our shooters continue to make us proud! Congratulations to Manu Bhaker and Sarabjot Singh for their remarkable performance. India is incredibly delighted."

Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini highlighted the contribution of players from Haryana, noting their history-making performance. Manu-Sarabjot overcame South Korea's Lee Wonho and Oh Ye Jin with a score of 16-10 in the Bronze Medal play-off match. The NRAI also celebrated the victory, acknowledging the team's exceptional skills. With this win, India's medal tally at the Paris Olympics now stands at two.
