Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on Thursday attended an 'Interactive Session on Investment Opportunities in Madhya Pradesh' in Bengaluru, asserting that investments in the state would yield profitable returns. The two-day session, running from August 7 to August 8, is a precursor to the 'Invest Madhya Pradesh-Global Investor Summit-2025' scheduled for February next year in Bhopal.

During his address, CM Yadav reminisced, ‘For centuries, India has been known as the golden bird, symbolizing its entrepreneurship, intellectualism, and business acumen. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has positioned our country among the world’s top five economies through resourcefulness and intellect.' He noted the crucial role of industrialists in this achievement.

Yadav acknowledged the challenges that accompany new opportunities but expressed optimism about India's future based on its capabilities. Praising PM Modi's leadership, he highlighted the country’s advancement driven by modern technology, startup innovation, and relentless hard work. He stressed, ‘India’s tradition of effort and valor has ensured its global respect and progress.’

Further promoting Madhya Pradesh, Yadav said, ‘Our government supports anyone willing to advance, resulting in balanced progress across sectors. We're committed to providing necessary business arrangements to attract more industrial investments.'

He also pointed out that Madhya Pradesh excels as a surplus energy state, with renewable energy accounting for 23% of its production. The state shows promising potential in IT, tourism, MSME, and food processing sectors. Agriculture thrives here, leading in wheat and pulses production and advancing in horticulture, Yadav concluded.
