Two Children Stabilize After Deadly Stampede at Baba Siddhanath Temple

Two children injured in a stampede at Baba Siddhanath Temple in Jehanabad are now in stable condition. The incident resulted in seven deaths and several injuries. Two children injured in a tragic stampede at the Baba Siddhanath Temple in Makhdumpur, Jehanabad district, are now in stable condition. Their mother, Julie Devi, confirmed their recovery on Monday.

The stampede claimed seven lives and injured nine others in the early hours of Monday. Jehanabad District Magistrate Alankrita Pandey stated that the situation is now under control. Local authorities, including DM and SP, have visited the site and are investigating the incident.

RJD MLA Kumar Krishna Mohan has blamed the district administration for the tragedy, demanding a compensation of Rs 10 lakh for each victim. He criticized the authorities for their handling of the incident and post-mortem procedures.
