Innoterra Wins FICCI Agri Startup Award for Revolutionary Bio-Vaccine BanacXin

Innoterra has received the 'Most Innovative AgTech' award at the FICCI Agri Startup Awards 2024 for its bio-vaccine product, BanacXin. The award acknowledges Innoterra’s efforts in combating crop diseases using sustainable bioscience solutions, thus aiding the banana supply chain and agricultural trade economics.

Innoterra clinched the 'Most Innovative AgTech' award at the 6th Edition of the FICCI Agri Startup Awards 2024 for its bio-vaccine product, BanacXin. The award ceremony on August 5, 2024, highlighted Innoterra's pivotal contributions to addressing critical fungal crop diseases such as Fusarium Wilt TR4 and Sigatoka.

BanacXin, developed by Innoterra BioScience, is a groundbreaking microbial solution tested extensively in India and the Philippines. It addresses the urgent need to sustain the banana supply chain and trade economics impacted by pandemic fungal diseases.
