ArisInfra Solutions Ltd has submitted preliminary documents to the capital markets regulator Sebi in order to raise Rs 600 crore through an initial public offering (IPO).

The IPO will be a fresh issue of equity shares with no offer for sale (OFS) included, as per the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP).

The Mumbai-based firm aims to gather about Rs 120 crore through a pre-IPO placement. If executed, the amount from this placement will be deducted from the total IPO size.

The raised funds will be used to support the working capital of the company, invest in its subsidiary Buildmex-Infra for its working capital needs, purchase partial shareholding from existing shareholders of its subsidiary ArisUnitern Re Solutions Pvt Ltd, repay loans, and for general corporate purposes.

ArisInfra Solutions operates as a B2B technology-enabled company, dedicated to easing and digitizing the procurement process for construction materials.

From April 1, 2021, to March 31, 2024, the company delivered 10.35 million metric tonnes of construction materials, including aggregates, ready-mix concrete, steel, cement, construction chemicals, and walling solutions by utilizing 1,458 vendors and serving 2,133 customers in 963 pin codes across various cities.

JM Financial, IIFL Securities, and Nuvama are the lead managers for the public issue.
