The initiative has been especially impactful for women, youth, and marginalized communities, bringing almost 30 crore women into the banking system. Modi highlighted that the Jan Dhan Yojana, along with related schemes, has been instrumental in India's digital payment revolution, contributing to over 40% of the world's real-time digital payments.
