Aye Finance Secures Rs 250 Crore in Series G Funding from ABC Impact
Aye Finance, a fintech firm specializing in small-ticket business loans to micro enterprises, has secured Rs 250 crore in Series G funding led by Singapore's ABC Impact. This funding will allow Aye to scale operations and enhance services. Other investors include British International Investment, culminating in Rs 1,250 crore raised in total.

Aye Finance, a fintech firm known for providing unsecured small-ticket business loans to micro enterprises, has announced the closure of Rs 250 crore in Series G funding. This round of investment is led by Singapore's ABC Impact, an impact investor affiliated with Temasek and Temasek Trust.
According to a release from Aye Finance, this transaction marks the first investment made by ABC Impact's Fund II. British International Investment, the UK's development finance institution, and impact investor also participated, after leading Aye's Series F round of Rs 310 crore in December 2023.
With the completion of this round, Aye Finance's total equity raising will amount to Rs 1,250 crore. 'This capital infusion will enable us to scale our operations and enhance our ability to deliver value to our target segment of micro enterprises,' said Sanjay Sharma, Founder and Managing Director of Aye Finance. Aye currently operates over 478 branches across the country, focusing on providing working capital loans to micro-enterprises.
