Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha has lauded the enthusiastic public response during the Bharatiya Janata Party's membership drive, saying it will boost the party's foundations in the region. Engaging in the drive, notably in Wards 20 and 40 of the Bardowali Mandal, CM Saha observed a surge of interest among citizens.
The membership initiative has entered its second phase in Tripura, with the enrollment period now extended until November 15. Amid visits to constituencies, Saha remarked on the growing eagerness to join the BJP, praising the efforts of party leaders and karyakartas in reaching out to potential members. His visits include meeting residents and enrolling them directly in his assembly constituency.
Highlighting the significance of the drive, Saha emphasized that people's willingness to join signifies recognition of BJP's unmatched role in progress under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership. The campaign, supported by Mayor Dipak Majumder, Councillor Ratna Dutta, and others, also focuses on engaging youth, aligning with the BJP's Sadasyata Abhiyan 2024 launched by Modi's example. The response has been particularly positive among young people eager to participate in politics.
