Rare Earth Relations: Russia Open to U.S. Collaborations

Russia is open to developing its substantial rare earth metal deposits in collaboration with the U.S., following President Putin's proposal. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov emphasized Russia's readiness to engage in joint projects, citing the broad prospects for cooperation.
