Biofactor, a leading agricultural biotechnology firm, has forged an alliance with the School of Engineering Sciences & Technology at the University of Hyderabad (UoH) to explore innovative nanotechnology-driven solutions for sustainable agriculture.

The memorandum of understanding (MoU) was officially signed by UoH Registrar Devesh Nigam and Biofactor CEO Laxmi Narayana Reddy. The partnership is poised to revolutionize practices in the agricultural sector by enhancing crop productivity, enabling precision nutrient delivery, and developing eco-friendly nano-pesticides.

Key areas of focus include the synthesis of novel nanoparticles for varied applications and research into their environmental impacts to ensure safety and compatibility. This collaboration aims to provide farmers with cost-effective, high-yield solutions through advancements in biofortification and nano-enabled inputs.
