Cholamandalam Financial Holdings Ltd has announced impressive financial results for the January-March 2025 quarter, posting a consolidated profit after tax of Rs 1,362.18 crore. This figure represents a significant leap from the Rs 1,143.75 crore reported in the same period last year.
The financial year ending March 31, 2025, saw the company's consolidated profit grow to Rs 4,739.88 crore, up from Rs 3,850.56 crore the previous year. The consolidated total income also surged to Rs 33,459.92 crore, marking a substantial increase from Rs 26,086.76 crore recorded a year earlier.
Cholamandalam's diversified investments, including a 44.34% stake in Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Ltd and other strategic holdings, have shown robust growth. The Board of Directors has recommended a 130% final dividend of Rs 1.30 per equity share, pending shareholder approval.
