Nashik-based KBC Global Ltd has unveiled plans to expand its operations into the renewable energy sector with the launch of a wholly-owned subsidiary named Dharan Infra Solar Private Limited. This strategic move was approved by the board on June 13, 2025, and is aimed at reinforcing the company's commitment to sustainability and green technology.
The new entity will specialize in solar and hybrid energy solutions, capturing a significant share of the renewable energy market. Early activities will include manufacturing and development of solar modules, conducting research, and providing comprehensive solutions for solar power projects. Dharan Infra Solar Private Limited will remain 100% owned by Dharan Infra-EPC Limited.
Amidst the backdrop of India's accelerating transition to renewable energy, KBC Global Ltd is rebranding to Dharan Infra-EPC Limited. This rebranding highlights the company's strategic pivot towards infrastructure and EPC projects, supported by a recent decision to issue bonus shares to strengthen its market position.
