On Sunday, security forces detained a Pakistani national identified as 22-year-old Mohammad Arib Ahmed in the Manjakote area along the Line of Control in Rajouri district. Officials reported the apprehension, stating that the individual was captured in a forward position in the Bhimber Gali sector and is currently under interrogation.
This incident mirrors a similar apprehension last month when another Pakistani national was captured near the LoC in the Poonch district. Additionally, the Border Security Force recently detained a man who illegally crossed into the Gurdaspur area of Punjab.
India continues to amplify its stance against terrorism globally, as demonstrated by a recent delegation of seven political groups. These groups sought to counter misinformation and showcase India's zero-tolerance policy following April's Pahalgam attack. Engaging with international leaders, the delegation emphasized India's ongoing fight against cross-border terrorism.
