The Delhi High Court has confirmed the legitimacy of the Will of late industrialist Davinder Kumar Jain, founder of the Luxor Group, dismissing objections raised by his daughter Priya Jain. The Division Bench, comprising Justice Anil Kshetarpal and Justice Harish Vaidyanathan Shankar, reinforced the probate decision originally granted by a Single Judge on May 27, 2025.

Following the court's determination, Usha Jain, widow of DK Jain, was affirmed as the rightful inheritor of his substantial estate and business interests, including a significant share in the iconic Qutab Hotel. The court addressed Priya Jain's forgery claims, including alleged inconsistencies in the Will's details, deeming them unfounded.

Despite Priya Jain's contestation, the court found substantial evidence supporting the Will's authenticity, with witness testimony upheld against cross-examination challenges. The court dismissed concerns over spelling variations and the lack of Will registration, stating these were non-essential under the Indian Succession Act, 1925.
