The initiative aims to enhance the company’s growth and support India’s renewable energy targets by developing a 37 MW solar project set for completion by March 2026.

Hyderabad (Telangana) – PVV Infra Limited has taken decisive steps to bolster its position in the solar power sector. At a recent Board of Directors meeting, the company confirmed a strategic partnership with Aqua Dynamics Green Energy Pvt. Ltd., signaling its growth ambitions and commitment to India's renewable energy goals.
This partnership involves PVV Infra acquiring a 49% stake in Aqua Dynamics, with plans for full ownership following the project's completion. The venture involves a significant 37 MW solar power project, backed by a long-term Power Purchase Agreement with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL). The project, involving a Rs. 137.70 crore investment, is expected to be operational by April 2026.
PVV Infra is geared toward long-term value creation, aiming to deliver stable revenues over a 25-year period while contributing significantly to India's target of 500 GW renewable energy capacity by 2030. This move underscores the company's dedication to sustainability and future-ready infrastructure development.
