Mexico's Pemex and workers' union agreed 4.5% pay increase

Mexican state energy company Petroleos Mexicanos, known as Pemex, said in a statement on Wednesday that it agreed to a 4.5% salary hike with the STPRM oil workers union.

Pemex said that the agreement was the culmination of a "responsible and mutually respectful process of dialogue."
