On the final day of the Chhath Mahaparv, Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan performed the sacred 'Usha Arghya' ceremony at AG Colony Park in Patna, Bihar. The occasion marks the culmination of the four-day festival, which celebrates sun worship, representing the depth of Indian culture and reverence for nature.

Pradhan emphasized the cultural significance of Chhath Puja as a symbol of maternal power and a gesture of gratitude toward nature, expressing hope for the nation's progress. In a heartfelt message on social media platform X, he sought blessings from Lord Surya and Chhathi Maiya, praying for the nation's well-being.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi offered warm congratulations to the country on the auspicious completion of the Chhath Puja. Highlighting the festival's dedication to the Sun God, Modi expressed his joy over the continuation of the revered tradition and wished enduring light and prosperity to all participants.
