In a crucial address to the Lok Sabha, Union Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu tackled concerns surrounding the ongoing IndiGo crisis, linking the airline's troubles to crew rostering and internal planning rather than systemic software failures. Naidu, speaking earlier in the Rajya Sabha, assured that strict Civil Aviation Requirements (CARs) are in place to safeguard passengers amid flight disruptions.
