Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini convened a pre-Budget meeting on Thursday with farmers and agricultural stakeholders, seeking strategic input towards the ambitious Haryana 2047 vision. The session, also attended by Agriculture Minister Shyam Singh Rana and Public Works Minister Ranbir Gangwa, emphasized collaborative planning for the future.

In a separate meeting, Chief Minister Saini engaged with Ryo Murao, Managing Director and India Head of Mizuho Bank, Japan, at the Civil Secretariat. This discussion centered on enhancing economic ties and exploring strategic investments, with Mizuho showing particular interest in signing an MoU with Haryana's Foreign Cooperation Department. The talks identified key areas for collaboration, including automobile manufacturing, education, financial services, and semiconductors.

Additionally, on January 8, the Chief Minister launched the National Education Evaluation and Validation (NEEV) Portal, a tool aimed at bolstering the implementation of the National Education Policy through robust evaluation and data-driven monitoring. Concurrently, an MoU under the 'Gyan Setu' initiative was signed to foster academic collaboration and research. These initiatives aim to redefine Haryana's educational landscape by prioritizing skills, innovation, and employability, all supporting the Vision Document-2047 aligned with national developmental goals.
