Fernandez leads early results in Costa Rica presidential race

Laura ‌Fernandez is leading Costa Rica's ⁠presidential race with commanding lead of 53.01% while ​Alvaro Ramos is ‍currently in second with 30.05% and ⁠Claudia ‌Dobles ⁠is third with 3.9%. ‍A total of 31.14% of ​votes have been ⁠tallied.

Fernandez needs at least ⁠40% to win the election outright ⁠and avoid a ⁠runoff ‌on April 5.
