In a significant move, Vayona Energy has entered into its maiden agreement with Oyster Renewable Energy to supply wind turbines with a cumulative capacity of 64.8 megawatts for an upcoming project in Andhra Pradesh.
The deal, which involves the provision of 18 SG 3.6-145 series wind turbines, marks Vayona Energy's first major contract since initiating operations on December 1, 2025.
This collaboration not only signals Vayona's active entry into the renewable energy sector but also involves a long-term operations and maintenance agreement, underscoring its commitment to sustainable energy solutions in India.
