On Sunday, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath marked International Women's Day with the launch of the Rozgar Sangam mobile app and a progressive employment initiative, Pink Rozgar Mahakumbh 2026, striving to enhance job opportunities for women across the state.

The ceremony saw over 5,000 women receiving job offers, with appointment letters handed to 94 newly appointed Mukhya Sevikas. Recognizing the contributions of women, the chief minister bestowed Nari Shakti Awards to outstanding employees and students.

He furthered support for women by distributing cheques for the Kanya Sumangala Yojana and ensuring direct benefit transfers worth Rs 3,849 lakh for insurance and essentials for anganwadi workers. These measures reflect the state's commitment to women's welfare and empowerment.
