Celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck once again dazzled Hollywood's elite with a culinary extravaganza at the Governors Ball, held after the Oscars ceremony on Sunday. Puck, leading the catering for the 32nd time, offered a menu of over 70 dishes that showcased flavors from around the globe for 1,500 distinguished guests.

The menu included a live izakaya station for Japanese cuisine lovers and an Italian gelato station for fresh ice cream enjoyment, alongside perennial favorites such as chicken pot pie, smoked salmon pizza, and mini Wagyu burgers. Puck emphasized the importance of simplicity and quality, noting that the banquet demands straightforward yet delectable offerings.

Puck's operation required an impressive team: 75 savory chefs, 45 pastry chefs, and over 300 front-of-house staff, who prepared massive quantities of gourmet food, including 600 handmade pizzas and 3,000 artichoke agnolotti. A hint of extravagance came with two gallons of 24K liquid gold for chocolate Oscar sprays.
